Welcome to Satsangam Tapovanam Of Westmont (STOW)
When intelligence matures and lodges securely in the heart, it becomes wisdom. When that wisdom is integrated with life and issues out in action, it becomes devotion. Knowledge which has become mature is spoken of as devotion. If it does not get transformed into devotion, such knowledge is useless and tinsel.

To devote towards the devotion towards HIM was the main agenda of setting up the STOW. STOW has been quite successful in started achieving their agenda.

As a part of their agenda STOW has been conducting Vishnu Sahasranama Parayanam every Saturday at 5.30pm at one of their member's home.

The Gita statement "Chaaturvarnyam Mayaa Srushtam" (The fourfold caste was created by Me) has been interpreted differently by different people raising controversies. It is more misunderstood than understood. To remove this STOW organises the Vishnu Sahasranama Parayanam every Saturday and its open for anyone who wants to realise the Brahmam (the ultimate of born as a Human).

Parayanam Agenda
STOW starts with an incession of Lord Ganesha and then recite slokhas on the other deities before reciting Adi Sankarar's Bhaja Govindham and Vishnu Sahasranamam. The paarayanam session starts at 17:30hours and ends with maha aarthi at 20:30hours.

Aarthi is followed by maha prasadam disrtibution to the participants of the session.

Maha Perivaal's Divine Thoughts as remembered by Guruji
He alone is an Acharya, who, after clearly understanding the conclusive teachings of the Sastras, makes the people of the world gain their welfare by making them stick to the path shown in the Sastras and also himself does everything according to Sastras and remains in that experience.
